• Your No Claims Discount is not affected.
• Like for like replacement vehicles whilst yours is off the road – (All cars, sports cars, premium cars, light vans, 4×4’s etc…)
• Car damaged beyond repair? No problem – our process can arrange your total loss pay-out and you’ll stay in the hire vehicle with time to replace your written off car.
• You’re in control of where your car gets repaired – it’s not sent off to one of your insurer’s network repairers who have incredibly tight margins determined by your insurers contract with them.
• We can arrange help in claiming any out-of-pocket expenses.
• Injured in the accident? Our process can also offer injury advice and claims handling.
• Original Equipment Parts: We only use genuine parts used in our non-fault repairs – your insurer’s repair may have to use ‘non oe’ parts on their repairs.
• When we repair via our non-fault route – we can charge much more realistic retail rates and as such can pass the benefits on to you as the vehicle owner – hit in the rear but have a pre-existing scuff on your front bumper?
